COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Japan Servo 10H50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Link-Belt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Line-a-spede product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the 102116 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RC602 manufactured by Link-Belt and we are pleased to be able to service most Link-Belt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7P24050 by Manufacturer Line-a-spede as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD8111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kone such as HSC31401FY400 equipment made by Kone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kone" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 400134 made by Lucas-Western as well as the popular NU311RC3FY original spares produced by Koyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 68514476513 by Love-Joy and HSC31401FY400 spares by Kone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R31OvalS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lamons-Gasket-Company. |
